In 2002, 2 The Point Incorporated (formerly Smith Engineering) began work on a 16 building multi-unit apartment complex in Hampton Cove off of US Highway 431. Working within the constraints of Huntsville’s Slope Development District we were able to provide a layout and design a product to maximize the 39 acre site. From surveying to land planning to civil design we were able to provide the client with the product they were looking for.
