Our survey department partnered with J.M. Phillips Engineering, LLC to support the development of Heritage Lakes, a 200± acre master-planned community in Madison County. Designed with approximately 565 lots, the neighborhood is divided into three subdivisions—Heritage Lakes, Estates at Heritage Lakes, and Traditions at Heritage Lakes—each created to foster closer community connections. With nearly half of the lots already developed, this vibrant community is quickly taking shape.
