Madison Branch is a new community within the Madison City limits featuring a range of home sizes, creeks, walking paths, a clubhouse with a pool, and a scenic boulevard. Our team provided extensive support to the developer with surveying, annexation, zoning, engineering, and design of the subdivision’s roundabout, while coordinating with local firms on geotechnical evaluations and traffic studies. The City of Madison Board of Education is also building a new elementary school within the neighborhood on land set aside during our master planning process, adding to the community’s long-term value and appeal.
